(Piping/Pipeline/fabrications/MEP/HVAC/civil infra structures/buildings/fit-outs/drainage waste water treatment, RO, Desalination system and Water storage tanks & pumping station.
- Inspection skills of Pipeline water pumping station, Piping (CS, SS, Alloy, GRE/GRP and HDPE),rotating & static machines and generators, heat exchangers, condensers & radiant coils, centrifugal & reciprocating pumps , drums & equipment, air cooled condensing units (ACC), offshore structural platforms, tanks and Tank farm piping, vendor & FAT inspection, insulation, cladding and painting / coating.
- Steel storage potable water( construction, Painting, disinfection, hydro & tank settlement.
- Responsible for the implementation of the project requirement for QMS and HSE based on Company specs, approved quality procedures and inspection and test plans on all activities involved for the material receiving, fabrication, installation, erection, pre-commissioning and commissioning during construction and maintenance of plant.
- Participating in management and engineering discussions and provide feedback with respect to standards and client’s specifications. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports, initiating and responding technical and contractual correspondence.
- Preparing as per project specification PQP, material submittals, method statements, ITP, testing & commissioning procedures, O & M manuals, weld history reports, MPI RU UT & NDT, weld map, WPS WQR, GAD, SPIR, PM, Preparing WPS, PQR, WQT as per ASME section IX.

- Organizing and conducting & implements quality awareness training for employees and workers.
- Conduct planned surveillance visits for critical packages and sub-orders.
- Participates In review of RFQ’s, Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations, Inspection and
- Reviews Vendor / sub-Vendor plans and procedures Issue deficiency notices and/or NCR as and when required, follow-up on timely closure of non-conformances. Represent CONTRACTOR at selected Kick-off or Pre-Inspection Meetings and based on material criticality and / or Vendor issues.
