Beverage and experienced in all its aspects. My Experience of over 15 years.
in 5-star Luxury hotels and catering company in the Middle East optimized my skills in F&B operations management, research & development, strategic planning, event & banquets planning and execution, conceptualization and opening of new venues, restaurant revenue maximization, driving occupancy,
enhancing marketing strategies to achieve commercial results.
My main focus is talent development and retention, creating a culture of high performance teams engaged to achieve service excellence,
sustainable growth and great financial results following a set of values such as respect, integrity, innovation, flexibility and embrace of change.
Started my career in 2008 as assistant restaurant manager in a 5* hotel and on the same property i got promoted to an outlet Manager in charge of pool and beach bar. After i moved to Dubai to work as a restaurant manager which i got promoted in the same company to sales and catering Manager. after i moved to Abu Dhabi to 5 * hotels again as a restaurant manager. Within the same company Accor i moved to Raffle Dubai as banquet Manager and currently i joined Katara Hospitality and Accor in Qatar in the pre-opening Iconic Katara towers Hotel.
