I have a good experience in qatar of5 years in hospitality management and customer service management. I have achieved my skills,experience and performance under many directors and managers that led me where I am now.

I joined holiday villa hotel &residence doha qatar in 2018 as Assistant guest relation manager and I worked also all roles of front office department as senior guest service Assistant &reservation agent and call agent for 4 years.Later,I moved to Wisteria company as customer representative service &call agent .I believe in myself that I have a professional career via my previous experiences.

I graduated in business international in business university of sousse,tunisia with higher degree.And I have also higher diploma in business international &Marketing via ITC international trade Consulting of sousse.Also,I graduated in CFP Practical training Consulting-room in professional certificate in accounting. Plus I graduated my bachelor from Ali bourguiba secondary school of sousse ,tunisia in science technologies.
