My technical profile includes competencies in MS Office, cloud services, network configuration, web development, CRM, and more.
Furthermore, I am an AWS certified Solutions Architect-Associate, with extensive knowledge on cloud technologies and services.Also I possess scripting skills, storage virtualization, analytical skills, and strong written and interpersonal skills, which have enabled me to become a successful professional.
In my previous role at Sutherland Global Services Private Limited, Cochin as Amazon UK Shipping and Delivery Support, I developed strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle challenging situations with ease. I collaborated with team members to achieve target results and gained extensive knowledge in the execution of successful delivery of products. I have implemented good relationships with customers and worked with them to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
