I am interested in performing an active and challenging role in a progressive organization/company that utilizes my varied experiences in Management & Business Administration (administration/management, coordination) simultaneously with Pre-sales & After-sales customer services skills.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Responsible for the efficient operations of the nursery and overall delivery of a high-quality service creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play.
• Supervising activity-planning to make sure children's needs are met.
• Working closely with parents and/or carers, granting them high standard of customer service, including regular progress reports.
• Making sure that equipment, such as furniture and toys, are always maintained in good condition and safe for kids and staff.
• Ensure that facilities and staff members comply with Government licensing regulations.
• Welcoming and interacting with parents, conducting family tours, and following up enrollment and registration and payment process.
• Engage in positive interaction with children to build confidence and self-esteem.
• Ensure children are kept active, entertained, and engaged in developmental activities.
• Compose and maintain allergy and special dietary lists and distribute to classrooms teachers.
• Monitor and report developmental or safety concerns.
• Revising and approving Children development assessments. 
• Using and developing my communication and problem-solving skills in order to build and maintain positive relationships with families, children, team members, owners.
• Recruiting and inducting suitably qualified and experienced staff.
• To manage, supervise and support the nursery staff.
• Preparing and calculating salaries, paid leaves, end of service gratuities.
• Managing bank accounts, budget, and petty cash.

• Bachelor’s degree in 1999 – Egypt
