Sr. Infrastructure Engineer at Endava (2025-04 – 2026-10)

• Migrated a 4 TB Azure DevOps Server collection containing 52 projects to Azure DevOps Services, preserving project data, permissions, customizations, and organizational settings.
• Led pre-migration assessment and validation, identifying configuration, project, database, and compatibility issues, and authored the end-to-end migration plan (prerequisites, remediation, backup and rollback, sequencing, post-migration validation).
• Used Visual Studio and GitHub Copilot (agent mode) to build AI-assisted workflows that reconstructed legacy project configuration files against newer compatible versions, resolving validation errors across the 52 projects that would otherwise have needed extensive manual rework.
• Developed PowerShell automation to remediate and validate the collection at scale, reducing manual effort and improving consistency.
• Performed root-cause analysis on validation failures so the collection passed all readiness checks before execution.
• Designed and provisioned the Azure infrastructure for the import (Azure SQL VM, VNets, storage accounts) and configured on-premises-to-Azure connectivity.
• Backed up and verified the collection database before cutover, providing a tested recovery path.

Systems Engineer at Atos IT Solutions and Services (2016-06 – 2023-11)

Handled project phases for customers using our Mobile Device Management solution, working daily with architecture and client-side technical teams to scope requirements and deliver solutions. Built LLDs for MDM technologies (Microsoft Intune, WorkspaceOne, XenMobile), end-user and L2 process documentation, and MDM environments (prerequisites, MDM policies, CA integration, AD/Azure AD integration, security groups, licensing, service accounts, Exchange integration). Secured environments and devices using MFA, disk encryption, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, VPN tunneling, and a combination of Compliance, Conditional Access, App Protection, and App Configuration policies, then handed over to Operations for daily administration.

Monitored Service

Health proactively and supported major incidents as 3rd-level support. In later years, focused on MS-Intune projects, building hybrid solutions (SCCM – Intune) and Endpoint Manager solutions for iOS/iPadOS, macOS, and Android devices (corporate or BYOD).

Systems Administrator L3 at Atos IT Solutions and Services (2014-01 – 2016-06)

Member of the MDM team as Level 3 support. Built, deployed, and maintained backend servers for mailbox and user-account migrations across BES 5 (BlackBerry Enterprise Server), Good for Enterprise, and BNator, installing and configuring servers and policies from project start to deliver a secure, highly available environment. Worked closely with Exchange, Active Directory, Networking, SQL, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth migration.

Afterward, handled daily operations — upgrades, updates, troubleshooting, and debugging under change management — and end-user incidents under the incident management process.

Systems Administrator at IT Services kft (2023-07 – 2023-12)

Member of the Migration-Coordination Team for a worldwide Global Email Service migration for a top-5 global customer (Forbes 2013) across 5 continents. Guided and monitored the migration process, tracked and resolved failures, coordinated with external suppliers and the internal 3rd-level Operations Team (Hyper-V, Active Directory, BlackBerry), and provided quality assurance and daily status reporting.
