Diverse experience in business development and operations management with strong commercial skills and proven track record of success, particularly shown through the field of partner cooperation as I was one of few included in introducing q-commerce channel to the Montenegro retail market.
During the early stages of my career, I developed various mid-management skills, including people management and strategic business operations. Reflecting on my entire career so far, I have primarily enhanced my expertise in mid-level strategic business management, business development (particularly focusing on revenue generating) and business operations through diverse experiences.
