Efficient Laboratory Engineer with over my 8+ years of experience in laboratory field, I accumulated extensive experience and skills and any administrative duties. I started with supervising the work of 10 people and today I am responsible for leading a team of over 140 employees.

Provision of customer service training for laboratory staff that served to completely eliminate the instances of customer complaints with the services provided by the laboratory;

Organisation of training opportunities for staff: arranged 250 professional development lectures, organized and implemented over 90 exams as part of the annual professional certification requirement, and approved over 60 cases of employee progression to unsupervised work;

Strategic provision of the necessary reagents, glassware, equipment, and consumables to ensure an uninterrupted workflow of the laboratory operations and their alignment with the approved budget, current plans and long-term strategies of the Refinery;

Introduction of weekly audits to assess the efficiency of utilized material, energy, and labour resources, which allowed to reduce the number of annual extraordinary analyses by nearly 2000 tests;

Review of technical reports and documentation related to each activity of the laboratory;

Performance of analytical work in the laboratory according to the requirements of Standard ISO/IEC 17025-2019 (over 50 analyses per day, such as GC, HPLC, Karl Fischer, Atomic Absorption oxidation stability, wet chemistry analyses (colorimetry, viscosity, density, titrimetry) and ect.);
