I Have Worked In Many Unique / Billions Worth Projects in Egypt & Saudi Arabia , Mainly I Work With Project Teams to Monitor & Control project progress and manage project schedule, And ensure that project implementation is progressing according to plan and that the development and construction aspects are aligned
Company’s business objectives and requirements. Where I direct the preparation and implementation of multiple work programs and budget plans While ensuring that the work is completed in line with the original concept and master plan for the property as per desired quality standards. Monitor the subcontractor's performance and highlight potential risks in construction, engineering, and procurement, Identify and manage different aspects of risks presented on a project coming from Client or consultants or Sub Contractor to create preventative risk methods and avoid potential delays and added cost , Provide support in developing detailed master schedule and deliverable schedule that define development phases as a road map to lead through the project milestones in order to ensure that projects are managed time efficiently and cost effectively, Assist in reviewing and studying detailed project schedule and obtain relevant details from the related stakeholders to clarify the technical aspects in the project in order to integrate those aspects into the master schedule and deliverable schedule and define project planning timelines.
Review the progress of projects along with the project and construction management team and assist in monitoring and controlling projects against budgeted costs, quality, schedule and standards to ensure that the project milestones and timelines are aligned with Company metrics, Assist in managing relationships with the contractors and consultants, plan and discuss schedules and upcoming works, and recommend appropriate planning actions to ensure that milestones and project delivery dates are met. Provide support in implementing key performance indicators related to project planning and in monitoring the results,
identifying areas of unsatisfactory results and implementing mitigation plans to improve results. Report weekly progress of works, procurement performance, issues and solutions, and scheduled work for the upcoming weeks to the Planning Director for an informed project status
