My aim is to leverage my strong analytical skills and business acumen in IT and marketing for providing valuable insights and strategic recommendations to drive business growth and sustainability. Seeking to apply my expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making, while also using my training skills to further enhance organization capabilities and knowledge sharing within a dynamic business environment.

• Management of projects queries addressed by management or presented by opportunities/ threats starting from planning, analysis, implementation, and performance evaluation.
• Execute assigned tasks ensuring that the expected deliverables are submitted within the defined timelines and are as per the quality requirements.
• Dealing with third-parties, suppliers, vendors starting from assessment, agreements, communication to new projects or improvements opportunities, and change requests.
• Develop of reports and presentations pertaining to improvement opportunities or new projects, including performing analysis, modeling and evaluations to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Perform quality control checks on documentation packages ensuring all business information are captured, accurately reviewed and processed in a timely fashion.
• Updating of documentation and processing status in the repository as per clearly defined processes.
• Conduct in-house staff training regarding solutions or trends.
• Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed and intended.
• Assist in enabling change in organization culture through collaboration and knowledge sharing
