I have become quite proficient in infrastructure utility networks (Electricity, water, wastewater, stormwater), program management, portfolio management, project management, master planning, concept design, design development, detail design, hydraulic modeling, tender drawings, evaluation of contractor`s technical bids, and technical review of contractor’s submittals.
