• Support the preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims and variation submissions for major fabrication and installation packages, bringing together technical narratives, drawings, site records and programme information to substantiate the claim.
• Prepare and follow up contractual notices and correspondence under bespoke and government contracts, keeping track of contractual deadlines and notice requirements.

Site Architect for Forty-Four Tower, Beirut, a high-rise mixed-use development comprising 8 basements, ground floor and 44 floors, with approximately 38,500 sqm of built-up area.

• Supervised site execution, quality control and progress, checking works against contract documents, drawings and specifications and maintaining site records to support project monitoring and claims-related matters.
• Coordinated consultants, contractors and subcontractors, reviewed shop drawings and technical submissions, and checked completed works for compliance with the contract requirements and approved documents.

• Produced design and construction documentation for BBAC Bank branches across 8 locations, International College School, and a range of residential, commercial and sports projects across Lebanon and the GCC.
