Appointed as Senior Contracts Administrator for all projects executed from Kharj precast factory,

thereafter, I was assigned with additional tasks to manage the contracts and commercial department, my responsibilities include contract agreement review, negotiation of terms of the contract, finalization of scope in coordination with all relevant disciplines, preparation of contract brief and presenting contract status to management along with associated risk. Monitoring compliance of the contract, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled before submission of the interim payment application, and expediting receipt of the certification. Preparation of cash flow in accordance with construction program.

Closely monitor milestone achievement and issue notices for the delay in the deliverable, identify and prepare the claim for prolongation (EOT) and additional cost. Leading a team of QS and draftsmen for quantification of variation. Writing contractual correspondence, issuing notices, and maintaining a record of all contractual correspondence.
