As a Bachelor's graduate in Human Nutrition and Dietetics with extensive experience in quality control and clinical dietetics, I am confident that I possess the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.

During my time as a Quality Control Assistant at AbdulRahman Hallab 1881, I managed and oversaw the maintenance of food safety and quality programs, including Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Allergen Control. I worked collaboratively with production teams to identify areas for improvement in food safety and quality and implemented changes to address them. I conducted regular audits and inspections of the production area to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Furthermore, I have experience in conducting routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

In addition to my experience in quality control, I have also completed a clinical dietitian internship at NINI Hospital. During this time, I conducted nutritional assessments and developed individualized care plans for patients with various medical conditions. I provided nutrition counseling to patients who required specialized diets for their medical conditions or to support their recovery, and educated patients and their families on nutrition-related topics to improve their health outcomes and quality of life.

With a Master’s degree in Food Safety and Quality Management, I am equipped with the knowledge and skills to apply the principles of quality control to food safety and management practices, and to develop and implement protocols that promote the production of safe and healthy food. I am also proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and SPSS, and fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
