2022 December - Present Whistleblower/Compliance Monitoring • Bupa Arabia, Jeddah Compliance Monitoring Plan & Follow up • support the monitoring team in executing the approved compliance inspection plan.
- Review/update the progress of implementing observations in the compliance tracker.
- Report weekly on open and overdue observations • Develop dashboards to monitor the progress of all raised observations Compliance Function/Regulators Circulars Administration • Ensuring having an up-to-date database by logging all new incoming/outgoing circulars within 2 working days.
- Following up with the regulatory team to ensure internal/external deadlines are met.
- Support the team in assessing new regulations/circulars and building action trackers.
Compliance
Function – Speak-up Program • Support in the Review and revamp of the Speak-up Program including its strategy, approach, manual, policies, and process.
- Support in the review of all relevant manuals, policies and processes and ensure they are approved as per the Company’s Charters and Delegations of Authority.
- Support in developing an enterprise awareness program and ensure awareness sessions are delivered to all critical functions.
- Ensuring 100% completion of investigation and closure of all "speak-up" cases according to the speak-up enterprise policy.
- Ensure maintaining an up-to-date log of all cases including all supporting documents. GRC Function Objective – Bupa Arabia GRC Brand Promotion • dentifying venues, conferences, and technical or awareness workshops for the GRC leaderships to participate in.
- Identifying leads and enrolling the GRC function in any award nominations related to the function.
