my professional experience in developing business opportunities, I have been successful in targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions to maximize profits across Saudi Arabia. My expertise includes delivering multidisciplinary projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. Currently, I manage a portfolio of 8 projects with budgets ranging from 800 million SR to 1 billion SR which has enabled me to develop strong project management skills and an understanding of complex financial principles.

Additionally, through my negotiation tactics with contractors I am able to get the same quality at reduced prices within 25%.

Senior Project Manager l Project Development Manager

§Develop new business opportunities include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.

§Work effectively with the CEO to develop long-term strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established company goals and supports its revenue and profitability targets.

§Identify competitor's strategies and pricing trends/ provide direction on work winning and next steps Preparing and implementing technical presentations to prospective clients.

§Estimating project cost & revenue and working on a best-use analysis according to land legal dues before selecting any land which that increase the profit from 10% to 20% for each project.

§Determining and managing project priorities to ensure effective application / allocation of resources and achieve project outcomes, delivery benchmarks, project budget targets and company revenue/profit objectives for projects.

§Managing , negotiating and Resolving complex technical design issues with the design consultants to reach the maximum benefit.

§Liaising with local authorities to ensure all regulatory approvals and requirements for the project are secured.

§Preparing contracts for general contractors with total budget around 500 million and negotiating with them to reach the best price and to ensure the company rights, Quality system requirements are implemented to each contract.

§interfacing and negotiating with international and local material suppliers to ensure the highest quality materials Specifications and quality assurance.

§Supervise Departments' Managers & Site Entities and monitor progress & productivity on site to ensure reaching the maximum execution quality.

§Provide collective progress report for all projects, presented it to CEO and necessary corrective& preventive actions are taken accordingly.

§hired and Managed new employee orientation process for more than 20 employees each year.

§Assisted with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members consist of 15 engineers in design team and 9 engineers in construction team.
