In my recent role as a Technical Support Specialist at the 10th International Conference on Appropriate Technology (10th ICAT), I played a key role in setting up, configuring, and managing various software and hardware components, including projectors, live cameras, live streaming OBS Studio, and Zoom Enterprise. I collaborated with technical team members to deploy and manage LAN, connecting various hardware components such as cameras and audio systems. Additionally, I installed end-to-end VPNs and provided technical support via remote access, showcasing my expertise in network management and troubleshooting. and In my volunteering i've worked as a Technical Support Specialist at TEDxUniversityofKhartoum and the IEEE University of Khartoum Subsection, I provided crucial technical support for registration systems, resolved problems promptly, and contributed to the troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
i was a fourth-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science at the University of Khartoum but due to war in sudan am not currently involved in any university or higher education institute. I have also completed training in Vulnerability Management, Detection, and Response (VMDR) through Qualys Web (2023) and obtained certifications in ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (2023) and Foundations of Project Management (2023). My commitment to continuous learning is evident through additional courses such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Linux+, and MS Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
