Seasoned Project Lead and Manager with 5+ years of customer care and project management experience, obtained from working in IT firms. With customer centric approach acquired Analytical thinking, excellent communication and leadership qualities resulting in significant increased revenue and reduced employee turnover.

My background includes serving as a customer care executive in the telecom industry where I gained experience in dealing with clients and leading a team of support technicians/engineers. Most recently, I worked as a Project Manager in the customer care department within a local firm for the IT service industry. I worked in the capacity of being the Account Manager for the IBM KSA subcontractors account.

Remaining customer-centric, my job description demanded analytical thinking, excellent communication, and leadership skills. I had 5 team members working under my supervision. Other responsibilities included gaining new business within the account and conducting business review meetings with IBM management

I have completed my MBA from the Australian Institute of Business with Entrepreneurship as my major. During my MBA I studied Business Strategy as a separate subject in detail, as well as part of other subjects. Thus, providing me with extensive theoretical knowledge about business strategy. Earlier I have a degree of Bachelors in Computer Science. At the moment I am studying for 2 certification courses; Business analysis and Data Analysis (Power BI)
