I am a Doctor of Osteopathy, breathwork and therapeutic movement specialist with over a decade of experience helping clients restore mobility, relieve pain, and improve wellbeing. My approach combines evidence-based osteopathy with functional movement, breathwork, and breath reeducation to achieve lasting results. Recognized internationally for my work in anatomy and movement education, I was a finalist for Best Yoga Teacher and Best Yoga Teacher Trainer at the 2023 Om Yoga Awards.

• Treat adults with chronic and acute pain, postural syndromes, and stress-related dysfunctions using a combination of musculoskeletal, visceral, and cranial techniques.
