Brief Summary: Microsoft Certified Professional acquired Microsoft Certified Specialist in AX 2012 R3 CU8 Development and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Dynamics GP Financials. Recently accomplished Executive Automats Dynamics365 testing tool. Currently having experience of 24 years in the field of Information Technology with major strengths in the ERP implementation & support, SQL Server Database Management & Administration, Python language (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib), Crystal Reports designing and VBA programming.
Working experience of X++, Dexterity, customization of reports using FRx Reports and Management Reporter.
Prior to Business consulting in the early part of the career most of my experience was as a VB Developer. I have worked in Software Development Life Cycle of Analysis, Designing, Developing, Integrating and Implementing for client/server architecture applications which were mostly bilingual (English/Arabic) using tools like Visual Basic 5.0/6.0, VB.NET 2003/2005/2012, SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, Crystal Report 6.0/8.5/9.2/11/12.
I have the ability to manage people in a team, to write technical documentation, to prepare schedules, plan implementation & to correspond with clients effectively.
I do have an excellent command in English as well as I can manage to read, write & speak Arabic as well. I am a quick learner and I do follow a systematic way in problem solving, in troubleshooting issues. I can go beyond the call of duty in accomplishing work schedule and work demand.
I am a confident, well-determined and adaptable person. As well I am a good team leader also an individual performer. I bear excellent problem-solving skills as well as organizational skills.
