CLIENT: Royal commission (Irrigation Dept) in Jubail and Yanbu.

- Planning, conducting, and monitoring Operation and Maintenance activities.
- Provide the technical standards, procedure and Schedule and Technical support to Operation and Maintenance departments.
- Monitoring the performance & Quality of preventive and corrective actions for both of operation and maintenance departments.
- Documentation of Technical submittals, Landscaping requests, technical investigation reports, Breakdown reports, Pipe break investigation report, Site visit report & Work progress reports etc.
- Engineering Technical proposals design, documentation, and costing.
- Conducting the initial acceptance inspection with team for new project handovers from contactors as per RC engineering Standards (GEMS 2020).
- Conducting site visits and accordingly documentation for irrigation network modifications, New TIE-IN requests, pipe break site & Ongoing various maintenance activities in the irrigation pump stations & irrigation network.
- Upgradation of Existing irrigation pump station to increase the capacity/Day
- Providing Technical Support for Installation & Maintenance of PCP, CCP, PLC Panel, RTU, VFD, MOV, SOV, PIT, LIT, Flowmeter, Pump & Motors
- Installed optical fiber to communicate irrigation pump station with SCADA
- Design/Modifications of Irrigation network (63mm – 1200mm)
- O & M of Chlorination system installed at every irrigation pump station
- Reviewing the new projects packages.
- Attending meetings with managers and Royal commission staff.
- Reporting to the TQAD Manager, Project Manager and RC Engineer.

- Excellent knowledge of various National & International Standards/codes such as API, ISA, ISO, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, NEC, NFPA used in Instrumentation & Control.
- Perform the installation, maintenance & repair of the physical plant & pump stations & their components.
- Erection, Commissioning, Loop Testing & SAT works for replacement of RTU’s.

- Have a working knowledge of the operation, methods, and procedures of a wastewater treatment plant.
- Have a working knowledge of the machinery used for wastewater treatment and pumping stations.
- Perform daily checks of the wastewater treatment process and periodic checks of pumping stations
