Multimillion-Euro Financial Impact: Delivered SR 10M (€2.46M) in savings via audit insourcing and neutralized SR 7M (€1.72M) in annual inventory leakage. Recovered fraud losses of SR 650K (€160K) and established a group-wide Vendor Due Diligence framework.

Digital Transformation & AI: Automated audit workflows by deploying Excelledia and managing Oracle ERP oversight. Pioneered AI-driven testing and upskilled the team to increase audit coverage and technical accuracy. Tested the organization as per ISO 27000.

Risk & Revenue Assurance: Remediated critical technical billing vulnerabilities and enforced Segregation of Duties (SoD). Shifted the department to a Value-Based Audit model, directly supporting the CEO and Board’s commercial growth objectives.

Innovation & Training: Led the professional up-skilling of the audit team, implementing AI-driven workflows and automated testing to increase audit coverage and accuracy.
