I have 20 years of working experience as a Quality Assurance supervisor for different food/Rice companies in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. I have a complete grip on the identification of all rice varieties of India ( Like Traditional Basmati, Pusa, 1121, 1509, Sugandah, Sharbati, PR-11, and Pr-106), Pakistan (Basmati Super, 1121,1509, Superfine, PK-386, Supree, Irri-9 & Irri-6), and some varieties of Egypt, Canada, Australian rice and Thai rice varieties (medium & Short Grain).

I am fully aware of the storage of rice, handling of rice, releasing of rice to the market after ideal aging, competitors analysis, pest control, fumigation schedule, and customer complaints (visit customer warehouse OR the restaurant).

We launched many new rice brands during my job at Al Muhaidib Foods, Rice King, Golden Gate Rice Company, and Al-Rajhi sons after R&D. I supervised the installation of the cleaning plant at Rice King and monitored the reprocessing of rice as per company policy.
