Conduct

Training to Workers for Hygiene & Safety of Product and give them awareness. Onsite sampling (food, water, Hygiene checking, air sampling), Deep knowledge in chemical analysis of water. Inspection of all Raw materials, plastics (PET, PP, PC, cap, Handle, & Preform).) used in water factory. Coordinate with Customer services & Sales department for customer complaints/feedbacks handling, conduct root cause analysis on complains.

• Strong technical Knowledge in Microbial Methodologies for the analysis of Food stuffs, Dairy & Dairy Products,Water, Pharmaceutical products, Spices etc.
• Proficient at supervising analytical work & documentation as per industry regulations & various other regulatory authorities
• Assurance of quality Product(GMP) free from Microbiological, Chemical and Physical contamination.
• Worked in HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000,ABWA, SASO environment.
• Conduct Training to Workers for Hygiene &Safety of Product and give them awareness.
• Functioning and Maintenance of Water Treatment Units (RO Plant)
• Coordinate with Customer services & Sales department for customer complaints/feed backs handling, conduct root cause analysis on complains.
• Maintaining sanitation and Hygiene standards in production and storage areas.
• Reviewing the monthly lab test and calibrations reports
• Hands-on experience in the field of:
  • Microbiology: Microbiological analysis of Water, Milk, Milk products,Food stuffs, pharmaceutical samples. Personal &Equipment Hygiene, Air sampling, HACCP, GLP, GMPS etc
  • Chemistry:Chemical analysis of water using spectrophotometer & Ion Chromatography
• A keen communicator with honed problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Technical Assistance to managers in achieving the company goals and continues improvement of the products ethics and other standards.
