Review and validate material requirements based on sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials.
Develop and update detailed production schedules to meet delivery commitments and optimize plant capacity.
Coordinate with production manager to align scheduling with resource availability.
Track raw material @ MRP work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory records.
Liaise with sales, procurement, warehouse, and quality control teams to ensure alignment of material and production plans.
Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to provide input on capacity and material availability

Monitoring supply chain KPIs (order fill rate, stock coverage, inventory turnover, OTIF, etc.) and driving continuous improvement actions.
Identify potential risks in material supply or production schedules and recommend mitigation measures.
