I have been working in the BPO industry since 2019 and started working as an internee, now I am working as a Senior Manager BPO. In this time period, I have learned a lot from every single individual that I have got an opportunity to work with regardless of their position. I actually find this industry thrilling.

I have setup many new clients in this period, now I am the most senior person in the whole BPO department, so all the new works come towards us. It's my responsibility to setup it into the software and do the monthly reporting.
