Carries out duties assigned by the supervisor according to production requirements
To monitor and analyse the trends and alarms that appear on the HMI & CCM and take necessary countermeasure by informing the supervisor
Constantly communicates with EAF & CC control room to ensure smooth processing within the melt shop.
Appropriate communication with LRF & RHF, Responsible for sequence matching.
Functioning as the In-charge for ensuring smooth operations of plant of by troubleshooting & fixing problems, also maintaining the optimum operating parameter of plant in shift.
Meeting site compliance to all labour, safety, and environmental regulations.
Supervising and monitoring daily production of the plants while ensuring adherence to quality and safety parameters
Minimizing the equipment breakdowns to improve the plant product.

CCM PULPIT OPERATOR - AMNS India Ltd. - Hazira Works

(2016-01 - 2022-12)

Ensure that the process parameters set up at the CCM Pulpit operator work station is in accordance with the process sheets or instructions of the supervisor.
To ensure that the bins & hopper have the required quantity of materials required to carry out smooth operation of the plant
To monitor and analyse the trends and alarms that appear on the HMI & CCM and take necessary countermeasure by informing the supervisor
In case of an emergency or fire notifies the Fire & safety department.
Ensures that all safeties in the ladle furnace are working, abides by the company policy to confirm to safety regulations.
Ensures that work area is clean and free of any obstacles or encumbrances faced during CCM operations.
In case of an emergency situation, co-operates with the supervisor and acts in accordance with the operational procedures/work instructions prescribed for the Section
Auto mould level control (AMLC), Break out predict system (BPS), Mould level sensing & control.
Casting powder selection as per steel grade.
Functioning as the In-charge for ensuring smooth operations of plant of by troubleshooting & fixing problems, also maintaining the optimum operating parameter of plant in shift.

TCM PULPIT OPERATOR - Essar Steel India Ltd. - Hazira Works

Cutting slab as per planning by GEGA TCM machine and taking sample in require grades
Performing Duties in TCM-Slab marking, Deburring and manual cutting by BEDA lance
