Currently i am a store manager at Chatime which is the first bubble tea shop in Saudi Arabia, basically as the primary point of contact i am responsible into making sure that excellent customer is provided to customers, not only that ensuring updated stocks, inventory, sales reports, maintaining a clean shop, ensuring SOP is practiced at all times.
