Currently, I work at AlNafi, Canada based online education (remote job), I have been employed as a Community Manager. My primary role is to oversee the sales and support teams, to manage the sales, for castes the upcoming trends. to collaborate with marketing team and create and execute marketing trends.

I hold great set of skills in communication, customer service, computer literacy, English fluency, sales, leadership skills and excellent management skill.

I hold an extensive experience in Sales, customer service, management and administrative department from multinational companies, such as: Singtel, Malaysia Shell, Australia Standard Charted Bank, Pakistan Ibex Global, Pakistan Al-Nafi, Pakistan I have total 9 years+ of work experience from Malaysia, Australia and Pakistan.
