• Analyze a variable inventory scope of ~1,680 item codes; a twice-weekly dashboard reviews ~1,440 items for aging, consumption, slow-moving stock, reconciliation and near-expiry risk.
• Plan and coordinate ~144 orders, ~324 delivered items and ~240 picked items on a typical day; peak workloads reach ~240 orders, ~660 delivered items and ~420 picked items.
• Maintain inbound visibility for ~5 vehicles per day and 60+ pallets per week; review ~156 inventory locations and ~10-18 near-expiry items weekly to support receiving, reconciliation, returns and storage decisions.
• Support 3 hospitals, 114+ hospital delivery points and ~60 primary healthcare centers, including ~53 site visits per month; supervise 11 contracted SMSA employees and analyze weekly/monthly KPIs for 12 operational resources.
• Personally trained 90+ healthcare employees and created the end-to-end Mawsool User Guide, adopted to support 500+ employees across Al Qassim, Al Jouf and Hail; coordinate cold-chain, emergency and SFDA recall workflows with NUPCO and healthcare stakeholders.
