My degree is in business administration: Digital marketing. My qualifications have prepared me to contribute immediate value to your organization. Proficient in Canva, WordPress, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Here’s a snapshot of what I have to offer:
I am skilled at business correspondence, general office, and file management. I understand the value of time management and clear communication, and I am great at working with teams to get the project done right. I practice marketing through course projects which helps me to gain marketing skills.
For instance, I worked with Sinclair’s Clarion team to increase engagement on their social media. started analyzing all their social media accounts to find opportunities for improvement. Then, I wrote a marketing plan. Finally, I set a timeline and steps to finish this big project.
I analyzed the result of the engagement rate for their social media accounts and compared it with the previous results. The engagement rate had improved by over 30%.
Along with my classroom and project experience, I bring to the table hands-on knowledge with over 200 hours of an experience in the Marketing Department. I parlayed this experience into a permanent student position once I completed the internship. While at Sinclair’s Clarion newspaper I assisted the social media coordinator by creating engaging posts on social media like creating videos, photographic posts, and taking photos.
Also, I created a Marketing plan to increase their social media presence and Email marketing presence. Not only that but also, I worked on WordPress to add new features to their website and update the website.
