Dear Recruiter,
Thank you for taking the time to consider my application.
I have just returned to Singapore after being abroad for 15 years. I have accumulated experience from my humble beginnings in F&B Service more than 30 years ago and have continuously been active in the F&B sector throughout my career.
Over time, I have discovered my interest to be in business operations and management. I am passionate about my work and producing results for any challenges that come my way.
With my strong background in F&B operations, restaurant management, event management and supply and inventory, I am confident my vast knowledge and experience makes me a versatile and flexible candidate that can suit any role that requires a certain level of seniority and management know-how.
While my paper qualifications may seem to lack, I am certain my work experience and maturity is just as good as someone with better qualifications.
I hope you would be able to spare me some time to meet so that
