I am a practicing lawyer of 30 plus years in real estate and banking. Starting my career as a conveyancing lawyer, I moved to KhattarWong where I spent 16 years in the Banking Finance and Property Department, as an Associate, Partner, Equity Partner and finally as a Consultant. There is handled many types of transactions mostly involving real estate and its acquisition, divestment, leasing, development and using it as a security.
Moving out from the firm, I was a co-founder of RHTLaw Asia LLP. One of my thought leadership initiatives was as to develop and grow the Private Client Property Group in both firms where I act for many Private Banks and HNWI. My services extend to advise on Elder Law and Family arrangements, Wills and general Estate planning and Art law.
My MBA, obtained early in my career, enables me to continue to provide commercially sound solutions to legal issues. It also increased my adaptability and ability to operate in a foreign country, learn its laws and lay of the land and operate. I have lived and worked in Hong Kong and Dubai.
I am always looking out for new adventures.
Undertaking property transactions, particularly real estate, from start to end. This includes giving advise and researching, drafting and negotiating as wide variety of contracts. Sitting of the Board of a Charity, I am familiar with compliance and general data protection issues.
