I am a second-year marketing student at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). I have experience working in a B2B industry, as well as in events and nonprofit organizations, skilled in communication, marketing, event planning, and sales. I am passionate about creative communications and business development marketing.
My employment with Fluke South East Asia as a sales coordinator was also a significant milestone in my career. In this role, I effectively communicated with various departments during times of crisis, provided solutions to streamline processes, and practiced empathy with upset customers. When Fluke acquired Pruftechnik, changes to customer accounts and deliveries resulted in dissatisfaction among both staff and customers.
I utilized my Excel knowledge to create a system that enabled staff to easily keep track of all their equipment. Additionally, I developed EDMs on Microsoft Word to communicate with new and existing customers. Furthermore, during my employment with The Events Network, I undertook several marketing projects such as conducting marketing research on China's market, creating social media campaigns, and preparing presentation slides for clients like MSIG.
These experiences have enhanced my understanding and adaptability to various marketing projects.
