Currently a 3rd year HRM student in SUSS, with a minor in sociology. My hobbies include reading and gaming. I enjoy reading up on current affairs. I prefer not to be micromanaged. HR Operations Intern at Sembcorp - design training posters to advertise internally, plan and present employee welfare and engagement events, act as liaison with charities for volunteer opportunities. Created Microsoft form surveys to assist HR in garnering feedback from new hires and monitor number of sign ups for a recreational event and dinner.
Call Centre Officer at Ministry of Manpower - Answer queries from clients, data entry, help Singaporean residents who are not tech-savvy complete mandatory government labour force surveys while on the phone. Also dealt with customer complaints as they refused to do the survey. Data entry was part of my job.
Tele-surveyor at Beacon Consulting - Inform and assist selected students in completing mandatory university surveys. Did data entry too.
Usability Intern at Conversion Hub - Data entry, scanning apps for UX problems (e.g., font size is too big), liaison with overseas counterparts over Singapore government website design.
