I’m designated in the PFA team, my major responsibilities are working on SEM as well as FIB Tools, Perform Destructive Physical Analysis to understand packaging capabilities such as delayering (Wet/Dry/Lapping). Prepare Samples for TEM and EDX. Prepare the report for presentation and explain the root cause of defect. Improvement activities are driven to improve lab key indices within the company.
