Single-handedly spearheaded the setup of Singtel's wholesale A2P SMS business:strategic acquisition strategies, commercial, handling pricing and market analysis to drive revenue growth.

• Develop new and manage existing partnerships with mobile operators/carriers/suppliers/vendors, and define Messaging, Voice and Numbers product strategies that meet the business requirements, commercially and operationally.
• Prospect and manage pipeline information to identify potential new carriers/suppliers, growth opportunities in line with the agreed strategy, and drive cost savings through negotiation of contract reviews and strong management of KPIs
• Identified and pursued valuable business opportunities to deliver optimized base cost and improve bottom-line margin for all the countries in the APAC region.
• Working and liaising closely with key internal cross-functional teams (Enterprise Sales, Connectivity, Finance, Legal, Network Engineering, Customer Support), and external stakeholders to support onboarding, ensure successful delivery and attain a good level of customer satisfaction.
• Keeping updated on current and future industry trends, supporting ideation and collaborating with cross-functional leaders through regular networking.
