Air to Air Munition IC (Team in Charge), 2022–2023

· Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of storage facilities and equipment.

· Manage and supervise a team of personnel responsible for the storage, handling & distribution of the munitions.

· Utilise SAP and Excel to maintain accurate records of equipment serviceability and scheduled maintenance.

· Implement Reliability Centered Maintenance strategy to identify, rectify defects, & analyse trends in armaments.

· Collaborate with other team members and officers to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.

· Implement safety and quality control checks to ensure the munitions are safe and ready for use.

· Provide technical support and advice to other team members and/or officers as needed.

· Follow RSAF and/or unit’s safety protocols & regulations to ensure the safe storage of munitions.

Storage Section IC, 2020–2022

· Led the maintenance and upgrading of munitions depot facilities to ensure timely completion.

· Developed & implemented training programs for NSFs to certify them as qualified munitions technicians.

· Managed and supervised a team of 10 NSFs, ensuring their work met the required competency levels.

· Responsible for the financial management and procurement of assets for the entire munitions depot through the preparation of Job Requests (JRs) and Approval of Requests (AOR).

· Monitored financial e-platforms and the procurement system to ensure job requests, logging requests, costing, and Certificate of Completion (COCs) were processed accordingly and in good order.

· Maintained accurate documentations and records of all necessary procedures for internal audits & inspections.

· Served as the Acceptance Officer to carry out goods acceptance & ensured compliance with MINDEF Guidelines.

· Implemented security measures to protect the stored munition and maintain accountability.

· Managed the movement of munitions between air bases, as well as in local and overseas military exercises.

· Generated reports on inventory status, usage, and trends to support decision making using SAP ERP system.

· Performed technical maintenance and troubleshooting of issues to the storage and/or deployment of munitions.

· Monitored inventory levels & collaborated with end users/officers to ensure sufficient stock and replenishment.

· Appointed as Fire Safety Warden to conduct fire drills and maintain working condition of fire safety equipment.

· Assumed the role of Environmental Control Officer (ECO) to conduct weekly checks for Workplace Safety & Health hazards and rectify issues such as mosquito breeding spots.
