Joined Sodexo Malaysia in June 2016 as Housekeeping Supervisor, promoted as Senior Housekeeping Supervisor in April 2017.
- Heading a team staff to carryout out day-to-day housekeeping services at Rapid TR camp consists of 6000 POB.
- Camp have 16 labor blocks with 30 ten men occupancy rooms, 4 supervisor blocks with 64 three men occupancy rooms, and 1 management block with 90 single occupancy rooms.
- Cleaning of all the common areas such as medical facility, Gym, Club House, Training room, Convenience Store, Barber shop and the administrative office are also taken care of by the housekeeping department.
- Allotment of duties and responsibilities for 52 staff working in my team on daily basis and making their schedules.
- Organizing daily toolbox meeting to explain challenges and finding solutions.
- Maintaining cleaning and hygiene check lists of accommodation facilities and reporting to management.
- Review daily cleaning schedule as needed.
- Preparing payroll for staff on monthly.
