The Rosalbella Mirror (TRM) is a retail e-commerce business that is run solely by me. This was started while undergoing my final year of undergraduate studies. What started out as a passion project became something concrete with each passing month. TRM aims to provide affordable, quality, and unique apparels to the average consumer through livestreaming and offline sales.
- Set-up and managed the shop through social media accounts - TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram, liaised with suppliers, stock management, coordinated photoshoots, designed marketing materials, provided customer service, and ensured proper shipment to customers.
- Livestream selling via TikTok thrice weekly.
- Was the direct seller in presenting the clothing as accurately as possible via Livestreaming for 3 to 4 hours per stream.
- Developed and launched social media marketing campaigns, collaborated with other small local businesses which led to over 1,000 followers in 4-5 months from account creation.

Providing technical and administrative support through the usage of Sharepoint and PowerApps to support 3-4 Business Partners in Singapore and Malaysia for the full recruitment cycle.
- Coordination of interviews between the candidate and hiring managers
- Liaising with agencies and candidates directly to gather candidate supporting documents and contract preparation
- Doing up the salary proposal by benchmarking against the annual MERCER data
- Scheduling meetings (virtual and in-person) to go through the contract agreement

- Support the relationships and accounts with existing members in Singapore by updating AVPN's member pages through the usage of WordPress, scheduling meetings with them to understand their social causes of interest, and convert them into potential partnership opportunities.
- Work with the other teams within AVPN to strengthen the country-specific value proposition to the Singapore social investment community, including but not limited to wealth-holders, social purpose organisations (SPOs), policymakers, and capacity builders.
- Conceptualised the 'AVPN Year-End Party' in collaboration with Schroders Wealth Management. We invited over 80 esteemed guests including members, SPOs and partners in Singapore.
- Create eDMs for membership events for the Singapore and Malaysia market through the usage of Canva, Mailchimp, and YAAM.
- Liaised and partnered with Market Representatives in other regions to strengthen AVPN support for members and stakeholders on a regional level

- Flagship Store revamp and refresh for key brands such as PUMA, Revolution Beauty, Milliot & Co. and others for markets in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, The Philippines, and Hong Kong through editing basic HTML codes and creating Trello cards to request for raw asset edits.
- Support the team in executing pre-campaign activities such as inventory management, campaign scheduling, and creative asset coordination and help prepare close to 300 comprehensive reports for multiple brands and collaborate with the team to analyse post-campaign data.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging pitch decks and campaign packages for various partners such as Dr. Martens, London Rag, and Veja, as well as, informative communication materials including newsletters, and marketing collateral.

- Project site construction – Responsible for constructing online platforms to cater to around 2,000 students and close to 400 projects each semester.
- Content migration of department modules (such as existing Google sites) to the Brightspace portal and assist in the development of engaging learning pathways.
- Plan, Assisted, and did 'Live' coverage via Instagram (videos and photos) for student events such as the 'Temasek Foundation Specialists Community Action and Leadership Exchange (TF SCALE) Programmes 2021-2022', and 'Ask the Experts' 2021-2022', as well as, pre-event and post-event publicity posts.
- Responsible for designing social media posts (Instagram and Facebook) and planned out the social media content calendar by monitoring media insights and overall engagement and ran social-media campaigns such as student giveaway contests.
- Designed a course brochure for the CET Academy to use as marketing collateral to target external industry partners and publicity posts for the courses
- Contributed to the content creation of Ngee Ann Polytechnic's "#NPEverydayHeroes2021" virtual Instagram event — an initiative to nominate students who has helped someone else amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
