Conduct visual inspection of labels applied in order to maintain traceability, verify the printed content on the label contains the required information (part number, serial number, etc).
Verify the presence and location of required devices, according to the applicable product documentation (drawing, assembly procedures, bill of material, etc).
Maintained master list for PORTABLE CMM, Bore Mic, Fixture, Tools, Gauges & Miscellaneous drawing.
Calibration of gauges with master gauges.
Reviewed the detailed drawing of machining components.
Checked the component as per customer drawing.
Maintain the calibration of measuring tools and test equipment scheduling.
Conduct visual inspection & prepare QC report based on drawing requirements.
Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports, quality manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Process devices reject, mark the locations of observed defects followed by identifying and segregate nonconforming devices.
Generally, ensure inspection processes are performed in compliance with Good Document Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
