• Extracting and analyzing the data in global auto-moderation operations. Build reports and dashboards to present and communicate. Use data to share insights and build consensus across functions on areas of improvement
• Translate business, auto-moderation and operational problems into tangible and feasible solutions to drive growth, efficiency, experience and manage risk and quality. Write clear business requirements documents and partner with technical / engineering teams to deliver on the requirements
• Built the operation process and plan of the risk material package of the auto-moderation review, integrate business requirements and risk control methods and gradually build the entire process of the operation and maintenance of the auto-moderation review package
• Sorting out risk cases and summarizing risk characteristics, adding risk words/images/videos to the risk word package of the auto-moderation review in time
• Maintained the risk material package (including risk words/images/videos) for the auto-moderation review by optimizing and monitoring the effect of the material package, analyzing the package performance data and the review policy to improve the accuracy of risk recall
• Building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional partners (TikTok Monetization Product, Risk Insights, Ad Policy, Integrity Product/Platform teams and data science teams) to identify, assess and resolve ad integrity-related issues in our products and processes
