● Expertise in Manual Testing and Automation Testing using tools like Postman, JMeter, Appium, Selenium, Cucumber, Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, Jama, Microsoft Test Manager, PCloudy, Confluence, Android Studio, XCode etc.
● Extensive domain experience in Healthcare, Banking (BFSI), Education, and eCommerce.

Conducting rigorous testing for Web, Mobile and APIs for AI powered wearable health vitals monitoring devices, including chest patch, watch and arm-worn devices.
● Building test strategy and mentoring remote junior QA members, being active member of interview panel for the new QA hiring.
● Performing test planning, test execution, test metrics, code review, sprint planning, demos, management reporting and aligning with global team on business requirements.
● Ensuring device connectivity, data accuracy, data encryption & decryption, user experience, comfort and no data loss.
● Utilizing tools like Postman, Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, Jama, Kafka and JMeter.
● Working closely with clients like Ministry of Health Singapore, Novartis, Pfizer, Mayo Clinic, and Amgen
