Responsible for the recruitment and development of all operations staff.
Implemented SOPs to improve safety, efficiency and quality control.

Engage with potential and existing clients during their depot visit.
Responsible for the relocation of the second depot, which involved the layout planning of the new site, and transferring of inventory within the scheduled time.
