Bryan Wong

I am a self-driven and motivated individual who has a keen interest and passion for the Human Resource industry. I am an independent worker who has cultivated various skillsets (sales, organising, communication, recruitment, project and people management, teamwork, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, legal knowledge and technical skills) throughout my school and professional experiences. I am adaptable, quick to learn, willing to learn and am positive that I will contribute to this company.

I have previously worked at RecruitFirst Pte Ltd as a Temporary Management Associate. My job scope includes, but not limited to:

• Conducting interviews, screenings, and filtering up to 200 candidates for open positions
• Coordinating interviews for clients and prepping candidates
• Working with team leads and clients to manage hiring process
• Planning work schedules for candidates and liaising with clients
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Analysing data and providing consultation to applicants on job markets and industry trends
• Managing and posting job advertisements on various platforms such as Jobstreet, Telegram channels and FastJobs
• Developed and strengthened data analytical, communication and relationship building skills
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

I am currently an undergraduate studying at Singapore Institute of Management, University of London. I am going on to my final year and is expected to graduate in July 2024. The modules I have taken so far are Principles of Accounting, Business Management in the Global Context, Mathematics, Statistics, Core Management Concept, Management and Social Media, Asset Pricing and Financial Market, and Human Resource Management.
