I have always been an optimist, hopeful for the best, and committed to learning and taking advantage of every opportunity that comes my way. I take pleasure in working on complex problems and building successful systems. Furthermore, I believe in servant leadership techniques as an effective way to lead. The aviation industry has always intrigued me, so I decided to study Aviation Management to learn more about its workings. My internship experience showed me how well the industry runs and how successful it is. I then became curious about the management process that led to this success. With that, the development of my interest in business management led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree to gain further knowledge and skills in areas such as Operations Management and Strategic Management. I am always interested in developing my skills in operations management, supply chain, and business development strategy, and contributing to a team.
