Joe is a Sales & Operations professional adept in driving the development and standardization of supply chain flow. He is proficient in supplier management and optimizing inventory levels to match customers’ demands. He sets KPIs and targets to improve service levels in meeting customers’ expectations with on-time, in-full delivery. Set up my current company's supply chain and operations function from scratch in 2015 and scaled it twice over the years to meet business expansion. Working across all functions to meet the business goals, including:

• Actively track KPIs ensuring effective sales and operations processes to meet targets.

• Set operations budgets and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze all sales, operations, and admin activities, and propose changes to MD and CEO.
• Optimize inventory planning to achieve turn rate, increasing working capital. 
• Represent the company in regulatory proceedings. 

Currently an MBA student with the University of Birmingham, graduating in August 2023. Achieved distinction in all twelve modules, and expecting a distinction for my dissertation.
