During my time as a Honorary General Secretary, I have demonstrated strong organizational and administrative skills, including monitoring instructor YPIs to ensure compliance with hours, assisting in meeting deadlines for the Executive Committee, and spearheading projects to foster member bonding through divers events such as workshops and themed trainings. Additionally, I have prioritized member welfare by providing occasional support initiatives to boost morale. My responsibilities have also encompassed a range of other tasks, from managing attendance and creating communication channels to booking venues and utilizing key performance indicators for effective decision-making
