Commercial Engineer - November 2021 to Present
→ Gather and analyse project costs; estimate and prepare project cost calculations based on customer requirements
→ Perform sales opportunity analysis, develop sales capture plans and work with the sales project team to determine the optimal bid for a given project opportunity
→ Contribute to the bid preparation process, create tender submissions, and ensure that the bids are submitted on time
→ Establish and maintain correspondence with customers and update the CRM database

→ Liasing with clients, Subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall Project manager.
→ Get approved HVAC Shop Isometric drawings, MEP – Coordination Drawings, Work method statement and Project Specification from Project manager.
→ Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop Isometric drawing and specification and get daily progress report form site supervisor and update to project manager.
→ Accountable for the specification of sheet metal layout, components and fabrication approaches.
→ Carry out all planned site inspection as per the intervention points marked in the relevant drawing and standard.
→ Assist the Project Manager during preparation of the final Test Reports, As-Built drawings, Operation and Maintenance manual and handing over the project client.
→ Assist the Commissioning Team in Pre-commissioning and Commissioning stages of all HVAC Equipment’s.
→ Assist the Commissioning Team in on Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) stages of the Air and Hydronics Piping’s.
