Experience on trade operation with product knowledge on FX, Future and
Securities. Possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement. Self-motivated professional with a passion for automation and streamlining processes.
Supervise daily fund operation tasks such as preparing trade instruction and settlement, position reconciliation and corporate actions, expense payment processing and cash management.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of trade validation, settlement,
reconciliation, control checks, investigation and exception handling are being performed
Partner with various departments to streamline processes and create new workflows.
Handle new business projects including new products roll-out and system
UAT.
Escalate requests from internal and external counterparty and prioritize them in terms of importance and feasibility.
Contribute to operational workflows, and infrastructure addressing internal and external requirements.
